This gîte is located in an old local stone house located on the historic border between Normandy and Perche, in a small, very quiet and relaxing hamlet. Very well oriented, on a 40 hectare property, it benefits from a large enclosed garden with trees in a hilly and wooded environment with a private pond 800 meters away of less than 1 hectare with carp, roach, pike, etc. The interior decoration is intended to be comfortable and warm in order to maintain the rural authenticity of this house steeped in history. NO RENTAL LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS UNTIL MID MARCH
Old independent house of 87 m². Ground floor: kitchen area, living room with lounge (stove), bathroom with shower and bathtub, WC. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom. Annex house of 34 m² with 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 double bed on the mezzanine), shower room, shared WC. Laundry room. LINENS PROVIDED. Electric heating (at the tenant's expense but wood provided free of charge for the stove). Terrace and enclosed garden with trees. Possibility of renting the main house for 5 people at €350/week and €210/weekend. Over a week's rental, for the entire large gîte, from the beginning of October to the end of April, provide a provision for electric heating of 120 euros which will be adjusted at the end of the stay, depending on actual consumption. Rental only by the week from mid-October to mid-March. Possibility of a second gîte nearby for 5 people (G678).
