In the heart of Perche, on the edge of the Bellême national forest, the village of La Perrière is labeled Petite Cité de Caractère: a rich historical heritage along the alleys, artists' studios and shops, restaurants, the exceptional panorama of the spur, not to mention a contemporary art market on the Pentecost weekend. The cottage is an authentic independent Percheron house (all-inclusive) in a 17th century farmhouse set back from the village. The large glass roof of the living room on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the 2-hectare wooded property. You will appreciate the calm, the private bathrooms in each bedroom, and the excellent bedding.

Outdoor swimming pool shared with the owner, covered and heated to 28°C from mid-April to mid-October, 4 x 12 meters including a shallow beach for children.
