In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park and near the thousand-year-old village of La Perrière and the Percheron towns of Bellême and Mortagne-au-Perche, a few kilometers from Sarthe (Mamers), you will recharge your batteries in this gîte on the edge of the forest. The owner can show you his organic farming operation. SHEETS AND TOILETS INCLUDED. From January 2018, electricity is included in the prices.

(1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), WC, bathroom with shower. Floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Electric heating. Ping pong. garden 1,000 m² with enclosed pond.
