At the end of a small road, the Gite du Houx is a peaceful place surrounded by nature, pleasant in all seasons. It is a fully renovated traditional country stone house. The bay window in the kitchen overlooks a lush park. Here and there, tree species of collections surround the pond and the stream which bring freshness in summer. A little further on, on a carpet of grass, the traditional apple orchard will offer an inspiring refuge. Nature offers you a spectacular array of colors from flowering to Indian summer. For the end of the day, a fireplace will delight you with its integrated barbecue. Jean-Marie and Colette Dumaine, former restaurateurs, share their family home with you, after their journey in the gastronomic cuisine of wild plants, in the Rhine Valley. Besides, you will taste a flavor of their gourmet manufacture on your arrival!
