In Perche, in the heart of Perrière, on the promontory of the Eperon site on the edge of the Bellême forest, this presbytery has been restored with great charm and comfort while retaining the woodwork, its parquet floors and fireplaces and decorated by local artists. Demonstrations enliven the village.
All-inclusive equipment. Former independent presbytery with central heating included. Ground floor: vestibule, office, living room with kitchen area, lounge (harmonium, library), toilet (accessible with 4 steps), games room (ping-pong). Floor: bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (3 single beds including 1 pull-out), bedroom (150 cm double bed, double sofa bed), shower room/WC, bathroom/ WC (tumble dryer). Enclosed garden 1,000 m². The cottage is near the church which has kept its bells in operation (day and night hours and Angelus at 7 a.m.). 2 charging stations for electric vehicles in the village a few hundred meters away.
