Traditional cuisine with a gastronomic tendency, home-made, fresh and seasonal products with a tendency to use local products.
Mask and visor for the waiters, an entrance door an exit door permanently open when possible, hydro alcoholic gel, wipe to clean the toilets after each customer, addition at the table to avoid as much as possible the displacement, disinfection of the restaurant room (table, chair...) after each service.
