Magnificent property where you can walk with its century-old trees and orchard and also come across the animals present: the Maya cat, Nestor the goat, Bamboo and Chocolate the dwarf goats, or even sheep, chickens... (boots recommended). On site and depending on the season, tasting of nuts, apple juice, eggs... Pedestrian route starting from the property. Greenway, the Véloscenie at 2 km. All shops, services and leisure center (swimming, fishing, water sports) in Le Mêle sur Sarthe 4 kilometers away.
Mansion in the middle of a 9 hectare wooded park. On the 1st floor by independent staircase: bedroom (2 single beds) with separate bathroom and toilet (access via a private corridor). On the ground floor: living room and owners' kitchen available to guests. Terrace with deck chairs facing the park.
