Welcome to the Organic Farm. "JOY Tiny House" from Sophie and Gérard is located on the edge of a pond, not overlooked, in a former stud farm at the gates of Perche. Lost in lush greenery, a 3-minute walk from your hosts' house, this unusual accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the valleys where Normandy cows graze. Be sure to visit the farm animals and take part in their daily care: goats, sheep, pigs, donkeys, chickens, geese, rabbits and guinea pigs. Gérard, passionate about ornithology and nature, will guide you in discovering the species that inhabit this little corner of paradise. Less than 15 minutes away: Mêle/Sarthe leisure center with supervised swimming, Rustik fantastic medieval immersion park, equestrian centres, national forest, greenway,... the region has no shortage of assets!
- Ground floor : Living room with lounge area and fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, French press coffee maker and grocery store. Bathroom with shower, bath towels and dry toilets. Storage space with wardrobe - Attic floor (<1 meter) accessible by ladder: 2 beds made for 2 people 140 x 190 cm Electric heating and air conditioning included. Perfectly enclosed garden with terrace, picnic table, brazier and sunbeds, facing the vast pond with pedalo. Access via pastures for farm animals. A wheelbarrow and boots are at your disposal (2 adult pairs: 39/40 and 43/44 and 2 child pairs: 24/25 and 28/29). Possibility of breakfasts on request with supplement.
