Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the forest of Ecouves, this trailer enjoys an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Saint Michel path, GR 36 and véloscénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon. You will be able to enjoy the leisure facilities of the nearby campsite and mountain bike and nature outings organized by the owners every week in season.
Unique and spacious gypsy caravan: 7 m² partly covered terrace, living room with fitted kitchen area, 1 double bed, canopy bed, 2 pull-out beds, shower room with toilet. Open garden along a long hiking trail near the campsite (free access) with pond 5000 m² fishing and swimming (with boat), games, gantry, slide, sandpit, ping-pong. WI-FI available at the reception of the campsite at 50 meters. Common washing machine access 30 meters from April to the end of October. Sports trail in the forest at 1.5 km.
