In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, the 4 seasons gîte offers modern decor and comfort in a bright and warm atmosphere. Formerly a flour mill and grain storage, Jean-Noël and Christine have completely remodeled it based on the foundations of the houses of tomorrow.
House near a farm. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room and WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm, 7 beds 90 cm x 200 cm, TV), bathroom, shower room, WC and landing. Electric heating. Enclosed land of 730 m². Tumble dryer. Swing, ping-pong table and pétanque court. Possibility of 4 extra beds (33 €/additional person) and 2 babies (beds and high chairs). The cleaning package of €90 is requested for professional customers.
