The Moulin de la Fonte adjoins a vast and beautiful private pond of 3.5 hectares in a very quiet environment, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park. The trail Grande Randonnée 22 passes a few meters from the cottage and will guide you to the forest of Réno-Vadieu famous for its superb centuries-old oaks.
Former independent mill with central and electric heating included. Living room without TV (Godin stove), living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom (2 single beds) with bathroom. Upstairs (access by stairs from the living room): large bedroom (double bed 160 cm, TV) on the ground floor with enclosed terrace overlooking the pond, bathroom (hydromassage bath) with wc. Upstairs (access by stairs from the kitchen): 1 bedroom (double bed 160 cm) with private shower room/wc, 3 bedrooms (double bed) with washbasin each, shower room, separate wc, bedroom (2 single beds) with private shower room/wc, bathroom (bathtub and shower) and separate wc.
