Located in the heart of the Pays d'Ouche, in the countryside and on the edge of the forest, the Gîte du Perron is an old restored farm building where you will appreciate the calm.
All-inclusive equipment. Traditional house of 300 m². Kitchen area, huge living room with 70m² lounge (modular open fireplace insert, stereo, raclette grill), 1 bedroom accessible to people. disabled (1 double bed) with private shower room, accessible WC and 1 laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160 cm x 200 cm including 1 four-poster bed) each with private bathroom, 4 bedrooms (4 single beds, 2 double beds), 1 bathroom (shower and bath, hairdryer), WC and landing with reading corner (TV socket). Chair and baby bed available. SHEETS AND TOILETS PROVIDED. Enclosed grounds on the terrace side for the safety of children. Geothermal heating. Unfenced pond with possibility of fishing. Petanque court and swing. Maximum 2 animals accepted (additional €20 for cleaning if an animal is present). Charging station for electric vehicles 500 meters away in the town of the commune.
