On the heights of Perche surrounded by the forest, this isolated cottage has been restored to the authentic hands of Michel Beaufils, former cabinetmaker and farmer today. For hiking enthusiasts, a marked trail adjoins the property and crosses the forest to the remarkable site of the Dolmen of the big stone.
Independent traditional farmhouse.
