Presentation

This property of 8 hectares was built in 1710, it includes 2 ponds with a total area of 4.5 ha fed by a tributary of the Rouvre and surrounded by woods and marshes. The average depth of the large pond is 1.20 meters, in places the depth can reach 2 meters. It can accommodate 8 fishermen. The depth of the second smaller pond is 50 centimeters and can accommodate 4 fishemen. The carp reserve is unknown, but two tons of carp were added, the larger fish can be up to 25 kg.
