Tour of a farm/cheese dairy in the village of Camembert where authentic PDO camembert is made, using raw milk and ladled.
To begin your tour of our cheese dairy, a video will first explain how the cheese is made. Then during your self-guided tour, you’ll be able to see the moulding room, salting room and drying room, all from an external gallery.
Our advice: we recommend coming to visit between 9am and 2pm.
