BONDING TIME
Fun cani-hiking without a sleigh!
You’ll set off from Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, a village popular with artists, nestled in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles and surrounded by rocks and rivers, for a unique hike accompanied by sled dogs. Connected by a sturdy belt to the dog’s harness, you’ll follow in the footsteps of your furry companion, who’ll set a brisk pace, leading you across the gently undulating terrain.
AN UNUSUAL WALK!
And 2 hours of bonding
You’ll be accompanied by Flamme, Québec or Simba who’ll turn your 4 km hike into a fun, athletic and relaxing experience. Yukon, the pack leader, and your 4-legged co-team will set the pace as you hike along the banks of the Sarthe, crossing bridges and exploring the charming, stone houses, perched on the cliff tops. You’ll walk as far as the old mill, a smile on your face, before continuing towards the hills.
THE FINALE
A wow and a woof!
As with any exertion, the reward comes at the end; in this case in the form of a breath-taking view of the Avaloirs, the forests of Écouves and Perseigne, and the Alpes Mancelles. But the experience doesn’t end there: art and history lovers will get the opportunity to admire the remarkable Romanesque church and its frescos that date back to the 12th century. When you get back from your walk, you can give your new friend all the care and attention he deserves, including some well-deserved hugs, a rest and some treats.
